BEGINNERS’ ENGLISH LESSONS

In my Beginners’ English Lessons (Online English Classes for Adults), we start with easy things. Anyone can do them! Then we add more little by little, step by step.
The most important tip in Beginners’ English is this: TALK, TALK, TALK!! Do not be afraid of mistakes. Just TALK, TALK, TALK.
In my Adult English Classes, you will start talking from the first lesson. And it will be fun!
English is like a puzzle, or a game.
There are some words you can use in many ways. Start here. For example: “I am; you are; he/she/it is; we are; you are; they are.” That is easy. Is your name John? Mary? You can make a sentence: “I am John.” “I am Mary.” Then you use other words and you make other sentences. That is the game!
Other verbs are even easier. Most verbs have the same forms. If you have a dictionary, you can use any verb (action word)! “I have; you have’ he/she/it has; we have; you have; they have.” Do you see? The verb is the same except he/she/it. Try it with “want.” “I want; you want; he, she, it WANTS; we want; you want; they want.” It is the same thing.
If you have one or two verbs (action words) and one or two nouns (names for things), you can start talking!
Your dictionary is your best friend! If you know how to put the pieces of the “puzzle” together, find some words and start! Experiment!
Do not be afraid of mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes.
The most important thing is: HAVE FUN! And TALK, TALK, TALK! Then have MORE fun!

HOW OUR BEGINNERS’ ENGLISH LESSONS WORK
Basic Grammar and Vocabulary
Does English sound difficult to you? It does not need to be difficult. It can be easy and fun.
Do you like puzzles? A new language is really just a puzzle. You learn it piece by piece, step by step. First you take a noun (a “name” word), then you take a verb (an “action” word). Put them together. Then you have a good simple English sentence! You can add to it if you want to. That is how you build your Basic English Grammar and Vocabulary. It is like a game!
Many languages have words that are almost the same as the English words. (These are called “cognates.”) In your Beginners’ English Lessons, you will learn to use those words in English. They are “free” vocabulary. They make Beginners’ English even easier.
Basic Conversation and Comprehension
The key to Basic Conversation in Beginners’ English Lessons is to START TALKING. With my help and encouragement, you will start to talk, talk, talk!
Talking + Listening = A Conversation!
Yes, you will make mistakes. No problem! You can fix mistakes. If you say even one English sentence, you are officially an “English speaker.”
GREAT ENGLISH TIPS TO REMEMBER:
Be sure to speak slowly! Many students speak much too fast! It is difficult to understand you when you speak too fast. Also, you do not have time to think about your vocabulary and the fundamentals of English grammar. Slow down! Speaking is not a race!
Be sure to say every letter and every syllable. In my online Adult English classes, you will learn how to give the correct “weight” to each letter and each syllable in a word. This will make your English clear and beautiful.
Remember this: The best English is the most simple English! You will always sound good with simple, short sentences. The best English is the clearest English.
Your two ears are your best teachers! Listen to everyone around you. The world is full of teachers. If people use words or expressions you do not understand, write them down and bring them to your next Adult English Class.
Relax and enjoy your English. A conversation in English is not a competition. Everybody has a different style. You have your own style. You could call it the “flavor” of your native language. It can make your English unique and beautiful.
